Hybrid Luncheon
We are continuing our hybrid Luncheon for the month of October. The Chamber is offering two options for you to attend our monthly luncheon; our current Virtual Luncheon hosted on Zoom and the In-Person Option to meet at Tapatio Mexican Grill. You will need to register in advance for the option you prefer. For those choosing to attend In-Person at Tapatio, you will order your lunch off the regular menu and pay your lunch fee directly to Tapatio. The speaker portion of the luncheon will be broadcast on the TV screens.

Speaker: Dr. Damien Pattenaude, Superintendent of Renton School District
Topic: Update on start of new school year
Renton Schools Superintendent Dr. Damien Pattenaude provides an update on the start of the new school year as we return to full-time, in-person learning since closing all district schools due to the pandemic in March 2020.
About our speaker:
Dr. Damien Pattenaude has been Superintendent of Renton School District for four years. He is a product of the Renton School District, having attended Campbell Hill Elementary School, Nelsen Middle School, and graduated from Renton High. He has been a high school teacher at in the Renton and Kent school districts; assistant principal at Hazen High; principal at his alma mater Renton High; chief academic officer; and assistant superintendent for Learning and Teaching, with duties that include providing direct support and guidance to all district principals, teachers and support staff. He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), Educational Leadership, Washington State University; Master of Education, Educational Leadership, Washington State University; and a Bachelor of Arts, English, Washington State University.
Registration closes at 11AM on October 13th.
