Beth A. McDaniel is a certified elder law attorney, as accredited by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is the principal of the Law Offices of Beth A. McDaniel, PLLC, with offices in Renton and Bellevue, where she practices in the areas of estate planning, special needs planning, guardianship, probate, elder law, and trust administration. Beth resides in Newcastle with her husband Tim Siebersma and their two children.
Andy Sharpe

Andy Sharpe has served as the Coal Creek Family YMCA Branch Executive since November 2019. Originally from North Carolina, Andy has lived in the Puget Sound area since 2014 and has supported various YMCAs across King County. As a lifelong non-profit professional, Andy has experience with developing community partnerships, philanthropy, and volunteer stewardship that has benefited each the communities in which he has worked. Andy looks forward to lending this expertise to the Newcastle Chamber in the coming years. In his free time, Andy enjoys hiking, golf and watching his Tar Heels play college basketball.
Chris Brown

Chris and his family have been residents of Newcastle for the past 8 years. He has been married for over 21 years and is a proud father of two children. Chris graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in film and worked in the sports entertainment industry for over 15 years prior to moving up to Washington. In 2017, he founded and published Newcastle Living magazine, which became a popular source of information for the community. Chris is passionate about the Newcastle community and enjoys spending time with his family, friends while supporting the economic growth of Newcastle.
Jana Riggan

Since 2019, Jana has owned and published Greet Newcastle & Newport Hills, sharing stories about the people in this amazing community, and working with businesses to advertise and build strong brands. Jana is married to Evan and has one child, Jackson, and two pets – a tiny dog named Max and a cat named Tigger. She loves cooking, wine, hanging with friends, and sometimes a really great Netflix show.
