SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

 

The Greater Newcastle Chamber of Commerce encourages one-to-one networking at our events to allow for deeper familiarity and stronger connections. To facilitate that connectivity and to strengthen the promotional abilities of our event sponsor, only the event sponsor is given the opportunity to provide promotional materials and a short presentation at events.

 

We provide the following opportunities for you to increase awareness of your company or product. Once you schedule to sponsor an event, payment is easy with simple pay online option.

 

We also offer premium sponsorship opportunities at two annual headliner events: The Newcastle Diamond Awards and the Wine and Beer Garden at Newcastle Days.

 

LUNCHEON SPONSORSHIP: 

Monthly lunches are held on the second Wednesday the month.

 

Sponsor Benefits:

• A two-minute presentation prior to speaker.

• The sole distribution of promotional material.

• A brief closing presentation after speaker.

• Sponsor mentions including links to the online business sites on the Newcastle Chamber website

• Sponsor mentions and links on Chamber Social media sites.

• Collect business cards from the attendees if providing a door prize.

• Mention of sponsorship in media releases.

 

Sponsor Responsibility:

• $50 sponsorship fee, $100 sponsorship fee, non-member.

• Marketing materials for each lunch attendee

• A company representative to do promotional presentation at opening and closing of the lunch

• Door prize to be presented from drawing of submitted business cards.

 

AFTER HOURS AND EDUCATIONAL BREAKFAST SPONSORSHIP:

These events are held quarterly.
