Title: Doing Good While Doing Well: Understanding Advance Care Planning for Business Leaders

This presentation defines what advance care planning is and why it's relevant to our communities.  We’ll touch briefly on helpful documents and share opportunities for business to offer this benefit to employees for free.

About our Speaker

Bonnie Bizzell is the Community Engagement Liaison and Program Manager for Honoring Choices Pacific Northwest (HCPNW), a joint initiative between the Washington State Hospital and Medical Associations. In her role, she works from grassroots, helping individuals with advance care planning (ACP), to grasstops, building capacity and value in organizations through ACP. She also oversees HCPNW's social media and communications. Bonnie volunteers in a wide variety of patient advocacy roles.
