July 14th Hybrid Chamber Luncheon

Introducing our Hybrid Luncheon

As businesses are opening up, the Chamber is offering two options for you to attend our monthly luncheon; our current Virtual Luncheon hosted on Zoom and the In-Person Option to meet at Tapatio Mexican Grill. You will need to register in advance for the option you prefer. For those choosing to attend In-Person at Tapatio, you will order your lunch off the regular menu and pay your lunch fee directly to Tapatio. The speaker portion of the luncheon will be broadcast on the TV screens.

Join us as Jolyn helps us identify ugly houses and how to get them fixed up to help increase the neighborhood's home values. She will also discuss how simple it is to invest in real estate and how to make money through investing.

About our Speaker

Jolyn has been investing in real estate for over 30 years but it actually became a full time business for her 5 years ago. She has retired as a critical care RN and has several other businesses but real estate is her favorite by far. She is not a real estate agent but utilizes agents for her projects. She coaches people on how to invest, fix, flip and possibly hold property. Her coaching is always complimentary for people serious in learning the fix and flip process. Her passion is to help empower people, financially and is always willing to connect interested parties with her plethora of resources in this crazy industry.
