July 10th Chamber Luncheon: Renton’s Best Kept Secret – Renton Technical College

Join the Renton Technical College Foundation Executive Team as they discuss what the college has to offer local student and potential employers, and what the foundation does to in our local community.

Stan Kawamoto – Foundation President, Renton Technical College

Stan is a native Oregonian who moved to Washington to run their family trucking and demolition business.  After retiring in 2012 Stan became a volunteer with the LPGA Golf Tournament in Portland and Palm Springs, Renton School District’s CTE Advisory, Issaquah School District’s Voice Mentor Program, High School and Collegiate Wrestling as an official in Oregon and Washington, and Renton Technical College.  Stan’s wife is a para-education and they live in Renton.

Fernando Del Valle – Foundation  Vice President, Renton Technical College

Fernando is a 45 year veteran of the retail appliance industry. Most recent he was the Director of Albert Lee Inc. in the Seattle region. Now retired Fernando is on the Advisory Board for the Mart Program, and serves on the  HOA Architectural Board Member in Greenwood Point. Fernando has eight grandchildren, and travels the US and Europe with his wife.

The doors open at 11:00 am for networking, and the luncheon will conclude by 12:30 pm. We look forward to having you join us!
