Randy will share his experiences in building teams, hiring, client building, and friendship.
Randy Riffle is a 25+ year proud banker with escalating roles within Key Bank and local Community Banks including Chief Lending Officer, Chief Credit Officer, Credit Campus Executive, and Business Banking Executive. He was responsible for profit and loss management of multi billions in assets, balance sheet growth, partnering with regulators/internal risk review, institutional platform change, experience for over 3000+ clients, making tough people and business decisions, and inspiring leaders. His education includes the University of Washington/PCBS Graduate School of Banking and the University of Northern Iowa. B.S. Business Management/Finance. Randy was named a Puget Sound Journal 40 under 40 in 2012.
